- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- fresh basil
Steps:
- Cut chicken in big pieces.
- Medium heat coconut milk and curry paste for 5 minutes. Add the chicken, fish sauce, brown sugar, and frozen peas and broth.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with jasmine rice.
