Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • fresh basil

Steps:

  1. Cut chicken in big pieces.
  2.   Medium heat coconut milk and curry paste for 5 minutes. Add the chicken, fish sauce, brown sugar, and frozen peas and broth.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with jasmine rice.
