- 5 shallots with a little green
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup of oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 broth envelopes
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Steps:
- Crumble the noodles + salad + shallots + seeds and mix
- add vinaigrettes at least 30 minutes before serving but less than 4 hours
