Ingredients:

  • 1 lb already prepared coleslaw
  • 2 envelopes of Ramen soup (beef or vegetables)
  • 5 shallots with a little green
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup of oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 broth envelopes
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Steps:

  1. Crumble the noodles + salad + shallots + seeds and mix
  2. add vinaigrettes at least 30 minutes before serving but less than 4 hours
