Sauce ingredients:
- 1.5 cup ketchup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- ¾ cup Coldwater
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup grilled sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
Other ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 blanched onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 12 small mushroom
- ½ pineapple cubes
Steps :
- Cut the vegetables into large cubes,
- Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes in the sauce,
- Add the vegetables to the marinade,
- Alternately skew vegetables and chicken,
- Put everything in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit 15 to 20 minutes,
- Enjoy.
