Huguette’s Chicken Kebab

This recipe is the famous skewer recipe from my aunt Huguette who made our summer BBQs unforgettable evenings. Juicy in the mouth and more than tasty, they are perfect with an accompaniment of baked potatoes or rice with vegetables.

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup ketchup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • ¾ cup Coldwater
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup grilled sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce

Other ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 blanched onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 12 small mushroom
  • ½ pineapple cubes

Steps :

  1. Cut the vegetables into large cubes,
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes in the sauce,
  3. Add the vegetables to the marinade,
  4. Alternately skew vegetables and chicken,
  5. Put everything in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit 15 to 20 minutes,
  6. Enjoy.
