These veal meatballs are an inspiration from my grandmother’s recipe, who loved mixing sweet and savory. If you like out of the ordinary recipes, this one is for you.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb ground veal
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper at the taste
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 box 19oz pieces of peaches
Steps:
- Heat the oven to 350˚ F, make the meatballs, brown the meatballs, reserve
- Mix the sauce except for the peaches, pour over the meatballs
- Put in the oven, covered, 30 to 40 minutes
- Add the peaches, put in the oven for 15 minutes
