This recipe was inspired by my student evenings at the end of the session who did not have time to take time either to cook for me or to go to the grocery store every day. You will love its simple and tasty taste on the palate.
Preparation: 8 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Quantity: 12 servings 172 calories per serving [ratings]
Ingredients:
- 1 box of 6.5oz salmon
- 1 cup cheddar or swiss cheese
- 1 green onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup salmon broth + milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- Salt & pepper at the taste
Steps:
- Drain salmon. Keep broth. Break the salmon into bite-size pieces at the bottom of the dish.
- Add cheese and onion.
- Mix the eggs, salmon broth + milk, flour, salt and pepper for a few seconds.
- Pour into the pyrex.
- Bake at 375˚ F, 30 minutes
