- 1/2 lb of minced fresh salmon
- 10 crushed soda crackers
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp of thyme
- 1 beaten egg
- Start by mixing everything.
- Make dumplings and bake in a pan for about 5 minutes each side or you can use the oven to cook it, 400-degree Fahrenheit for about 10-15 minutes.
