Ingredients:
- 1 lb of boiled beef
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion, minced
- 2/3 cup pearl barley
- 3 diced carrots
- 2 diced potatoes
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cup diced turnip
- 1 tbsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Steps:
- Bring beef broth and onion to a boil over high heat
- Lower the heat, simmer for 1 hour
- Add carrots and other vegetables + rosemary and barley.
- Boil 30 minutes
