Here is my grandmother’s recipe. A soup like no other. This recipe has come from my family for some generations. Have these delicious ingredients you will discover the happiness of Quebec cuisine. In addition to all this, it is excellent for health. You can mix it by hand or by hand.

  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • Salt & pepper at the taste 


  1. Cook the vegetables + garlic + parsley in the broth for 20 minutes
  2. Add milk.
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Enjoy your soup!
