ingredients:
2 cups chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup diced potatoes
1 tbsp. parsley
1 clove of garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 ½ cup milk
Salt & pepper at the taste
Steps:
Cook the vegetables + garlic + parsley in the broth for 20 minutes
Add milk.
Blend until smooth
Enjoy your soup!
