- 2 cups chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup diced potatoes
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 ½ cup milk
- Salt & pepper at the taste
Steps:
- Cook the vegetables + garlic + parsley in the broth for 20 minutes
- Add milk.
- Blend until smooth
